Noura Hassan Al Jasmi

“UAE has a strong legacy in badminton with the foundation laid by the BWF Dubai World Super Series Finals in the past (2014-2017). The event’s success and other initiatives, including Shuttle Time Dubai, and the meticulous conduct of several high-profile international events like the Special Olympics World Games 2019, have made badminton one of the most popular and growing sports in the UAE in recent years. And I am very hopeful that this will continue to grow.”

“I am very excited to take up the new challenge with an enthusiastic team here. I hope to use my expertise to reach our vision and take UAE Badminton to new heights. In the upcoming time, there will be a lot of projects and programs to develop the sport further and promote more women’s participation in the sport.”
